Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Pragovex Studio ("we", "us") for your use of our apps and website, including BG Zen. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the apps.
1. The service
BG Zen lets you remove the background from photos, edit the result, and save or share it. The app is free to use and supported by ads. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Your photos
- You own your photos and the cutouts you make. We claim no ownership of them.
- You give us permission only to process the photos you choose — that is, to send them to our processing provider and return the result to you — as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You must have the right to use any photo you process, including permission from people who appear in it where that's required.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use BG Zen to:
- process content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's copyright, privacy or other rights;
- create fake identity documents or anything intended to deceive or defraud;
- harass, exploit or harm anyone, including creating sexual content involving minors or non-consenting people;
- interfere with the service, overload it, or access it other than through the app.
We may stop providing the service to anyone who breaks these rules.
4. Passport and ID photos
BG Zen offers plain background colours commonly used for document photos. Requirements differ between countries and authorities, so check the official rules before you submit a photo. We can't guarantee any photo will be accepted.
5. Ads
The app shows ads, including a full-screen ad after a photo is processed. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and its partners; we aren't responsible for advertisers' products or websites.
6. Results are provided "as is"
Background removal is done by AI and won't always be perfect — edges, hair, glass or busy backgrounds can come out wrong. BG Zen is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Keep your original photos; the app doesn't change them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pragovex Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost data or results that don't meet your needs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use BG Zen after an update means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
